Return Policy

* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed. 

* Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) is required for all items being exchanged.

* EA# requests must be made within 5 calendar days upon delivery of merchandise. All items being returned for credit must be in the original condition, unwashed/unworn with original tag and packaging. 

 *It is the customer's responsibility to return all merchandise to receive store credit. Please track your order to ensure delivery to us. 

Items received after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange an item please email us at GrandEssenceBoutique@gmail.com with the following information: 

* Contact Name

* Order #

* Order Date

* Style name for exchange/return item 

* Quantity for Each Style name

* Reason for exchange/return

 

Upon receiving the above information, an email with your exchange authorization number and return address will be sent to you.

 

Once EA# is acquired, ship the item(s) to the address provided. Upon receiving your exchange item(s), you will be contacted via email during which a store credit will be issued. Store credit may be used to purchase items based on availability.
